48 Hours in Paris?

 I'm going to a wedding in Germany this September -- and although it seems like a lifetime away -- I figured it's best to start planning everything now as I am a notorious procrastinator!  My family and I are hoping to do one weekend in Paris.  I've visited Paris once before for a weekend when I was studying abroad in London (so I've seen the Parisian staples) but does anyone have any suggestions, ideas or places that are a must-see?  Please feel free to share stories too.
